Posted 2 months ago Ariel Agami Eduardo is an incredible instructor. He doesn't simply explain how to do moves, he explains why you might apply them in a given situation and gives great context to everything he teaches.

The Intermediate program, accessible to students with at least one stripe on their white BJJ NYC belt, introduces more complex techniques and sparring opportunities. The Advanced program prepares practitioners for their blue belt through systematic technical development.

The small class sizes also mean that the instructors are able to work with every group that’s oefening multiple times a class, which does not seem common in other studios.
